SUMMARY: The Validation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of software and systems. This Validation Engineer is also responsible for verifying and validating various components, ensuring they meet industry standards and perform as expected.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Assist the engineering team in the development of the DVP.
  • Responsible to obtain the approvals from the customer to being tested.
  • Execute to the approved DVP, address any testing issues and return an approved DVP&R (with customer signature), passing reports and have everything in Tce.
  • Engage in continuous improvement opportunities as required.
  • Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.

 

Follows all safety, housekeeping (5S) and company policies and procedures.

Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:   Minimum of a high school degree.  Minimum of 10 years' experience in validation.  Must have an understanding of sheet metal design.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Understanding QA methodologies and techniques is essential.
